Upcoming Artist:: Colin Munroe
Colin Munroe is a Canadian singer-songwriter and record producer originally from North Gower, Ontario, who now resides in Toronto.During his time in Toronto, Colin collaborated with urban‐music talent including Glenn Lewis and Divine Brown.He co-wrote and produced 10 songs on Ray Robinson’s Juno-nominated album, What it Is, and has cuts on the new Brassmunk CD (including How ‘Bout feat. Moka Only). Colin also has upcoming releases by Degrassi star Drake, Kardinal Offishall, Divine Brown, Saukrates and Frank n Dank. Recently several US artists have sought material from Colin including former Blackstreet member Chauncey Black (Universal/Motown), Sean Price and Brick and Lace (Geffen).
Don’t Think Less of Me, is an 11-song pop album owing its song writing influences to early Van Morrison, U2 and The Beatles, hip hop and soul music.
In late 2007, Grammy winning producer Dallas Austin (Pink, Gwen Stefani, Leona Lewis) collaborated to advance Colin to UniversalMotown Records. Late January 2008, Colin leaked an unofficial remix/response to Kanye West’s Flashing Lights online. Within 10 days, the remix and accompanying street‐video had spread across the internet like wildfire. Perez Hilton, MTV, Pitchfork Media, Arjan Writes, Discobelle and Kanye West all covered the phenomenon. Kanye West included "I want those Flashing Lights" on his latest mixtape, Glow in the Dark tour Mixtape.
In 2009 Colin Munroe took part in an interactive documentary series called City Sonic. The series, which featured 20 Toronto artists, had him reflect on his early experiences with the Revival Bar.

Takers is an upcoming 2010 crime, action and thriller film directed by John Luessenhop from a story and screenplay written by Luessenhop, Gabriel Casseus, Peter Allen, John Rogers and Avery Duff, with the based on the book by Gene Brewer. It features an ensemble cast that includes Matt Dillon, Chris Brown, Idris Elba, T.I., Jay Hernandez, and Zoë Saldaña. The film is scheduled to be released on August 20, 2010

Jermaine Cole (born January 28, 1985), better known as his stage name J. Cole (often stylized as J.Cole), is an American rapper and producer. He is best known for being the first artist to be signed to Jay-Z's label Roc Nation.
Cole appeared on Jay-Z's album The Blueprint 3, on the track "A Star Is Born."He is featured on Wale's debut album, Attention Deficit in the song "Beautiful Bliss", after being featured on Wale's mixtape Back to the Feature. Cole has also stated that he worked with producers such as No I.D., Pharrell, Jim Jonsin and Salaam Remi for his upcoming debut album. Most recently, he was touring with Jay-Z on the Blueprint 3 tour. His debut album is reported to be released in October 2010.
In early 2010, Cole was chosen as one of Beyond Race Magazine's "50 Emerging Artists," he ranked 49, resulting in the cover story of the publication's #11 issue, as well as a Q&A for the magazine's site.He was also featured in XXL magazine's 2010 version of Top Ten Freshmen.
